Class 5A are having fun learning all about the human body this term. We have discovered what the heart does and below are some photos of us carrying out an experiment to discover how much air is in our lungs!
We went outside on a sunny day to learn about the bones that make up our skeleton.
The school nurse, Vicky Anderson, told us how to keep our bodies healthy. She showed us how to wash our hands and we used a special light to check how well we had done.
What exciting things you have been doing. I loved the idea of drawing round your shadows and adding the bones.
